Why do you skip the last tests when I want to use all the authorized time ? (Time limit 1 second)

For example, when I limit my search to 0.2s, no tests are skipped.

When I limit my search to 0.3s, tests 200-261 are skipped.

When I limit my search to 0.5s, tests 150-261 are skipped.

When I limit my search to 1s (the supposed max authorized time), tests 100-261 are skipped.

Is there an "overall" max time (sum) ?
